any time and the amount will be pro-rated.
Please note for ALL paid memberships, we do NOT issue refunds as we are an educational site. To cancel before your next automatic charge, go to Account Under Log In, Subscriptions, and then hit Cancel. We are a subscription website and for monthly and yearly memberships they are on an AUTOMATIC renewal. Please take not of when your next charge is and if you wish to cancel do it before the charge. We cannot refund after the fact.
If for any reason we did issue a refund, the merchant account fees of 3% will not be refunded. Please note Ki Academy is separate from our courses on our Learnworlds website and the tennis programs on our app.
