Introduction
The hip joint is the body’s largest ball and socket joint – allowing it to withstand many years of fluid movement. Despite the durability of the hip, it is not indestructible. There are many causes of hip pain, including arthritis, fractures, bursitis, tendinitis, a labral tear, or a strain of the muscles surrounding the hip. Hip pain can also be felt in many areas, including the quadriceps, groin, and glute muscles.
So how do I fix my pain?
Hip pain can be fixed in many ways. Some hip pain can be treated with an over-the-counter pain medication such as acetaminophen or a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug such as ibuprofen or naproxen. However, I recommend trying alternative methods to drugs. Check out my video below for my top 5 fixes of hip pain.
